Strategy

$150/hour — For the last 5+ years I have spearheaded marketing efforts (among other things!) for a growing CPG snack startup. I have learned a lot along the way and enjoy helping others just starting out (or who might be stuck!) to identify strategies key to growing strategically, especially if strapped for capital.

Project Management

From packaging and product launches to managing website refreshes or professional photoshoots (and really anything that requires a plan!) I would love to help keep the trains running. I am organized and efficient and like to get things done efficiently and strategically.  

Event Planning

If you need an extra hand behind-the-scenes for trade shows or events (big or small), I have experience successfully navigating the logistics and intricacies of Food/Trade Shows (e.g., Expo West, FEAST Portland) for brands.

Content Creation & PR

I love to help tell a story. In addition to PR experience and understanding the art behind getting in front of editors to help tell your brand’s story, I also have experience with and love to create short-form videos (i.e., Instagram Reels), organic social copy, blog posts, press releases and newsletters. I enjoy writing and helping make a brand or organization’s messaging cohesive and creative, while also helping make an impact.

Shopify/Digital Marketing

I have experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central for a CPG brand, and dabble with Squarespace, WordPress and Google Sites. I am also well-versed in the Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Threads), TikTok, and CapCut worlds as well as email automation platforms, such as Klaviyo.
