I am an Oklahoma, gone Oregonian. I live in Portland with my husband, Matt and our three children. Researchers suggest it’s time to “rebrand mommy brain…and reduce focus on what is lost with motherhood, which has been the main focus for a long time, and to start paying attention more to what is gained and how it is gained." - and I couldn’t agree more!
